Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving. Permanent contract. 32 hours per week, 5 days across Monday to Sunday, 07:20 to 14:30. Location: Cardiff Delivery Office, CF11 8TA. Weekend work is required due to operational demand.

Responsibilities
• Deliver mail and parcels as part of a local community route. • Carry out delivery duties whether in rain or shine, for long periods on foot. • Provide a friendly, reliable service as part of the doorstep experience. • Use your driving license where applicable as part of duties.
A Bit About You
* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* Organised, punctual and capable of delivering excellent customer service
* A people-person who can be a friendly face in the community
* Comfortable walking for long periods and working outdoors in any weather
* Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime with enhanced rate for hours over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday, increasing with length of service (adjusted for hours below 40 per week) and option to buy extra leave

Note: Roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time for candidate search purposes. Roles under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
