Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team to achieve high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Drive business performance and manage daily operations at the autocentre.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
* Manage high sales turnover and monitor KPIs to achieve targets.
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing in-the-moment coaching and training.
* Utilise in-house systems and demonstrate good time management.

Qualifications and Skills
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging, coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
* Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
