Investigate and resolve dangerous structures, demolitions, and unauthorised works to safeguard public safety. Ensure high-quality service delivery by liaising with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for building control decisions and inspections. About You: Qualified Professional: Degree or equivalent in building surveying, construction, or a related field. Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CABE, or CIOB) is desirable. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, building standards, and associated legislation. Site Experience: Proven experience inspecting works and managing a range of construction projects.
