About the Role
As Account Director at 1920, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic client partnerships that lead to our connected success. Your proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships, combined with your knowledge of marketing strategy and program delivery, will deliver outstanding results for our clients, partners and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
You will be overseeing the successful delivery of brand experiences and partnership programs. From steering cross-disciplinary teams to financial proficiency and global representation, you would be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence and client success.
· Strategic Leadership: Assume responsibility for the strategic leadership and execution of all elements of your client's business. Act as a brand guardian within the 1920 team, ensuring alignment with client objectives and our agency's ethos.
· Commercial Accountability: Drive revenue and profitability associated with your areas of responsibility. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
· Client/Partner Servicing: Develop and maintain excellent, trusted client relationships, serving as the day-to-day contact for clients, stakeholders, and cross-discipline teams.
· Collaborative Action: Sit at the centre of the action, leading collaboration with various external disciplines and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
· Financial Management: Manage client budgets and billing structures, internally overseeing team resources and scope to ensure efficiency and profitability.
· Global Reputation Building: Represent the agency on the world stage, contributing to our growing reputation and showcasing the excellence of our initiatives.
· Team Leadership: Provide leadership to internal teams, offering support and nurturing direct reports in their career progression.

Location and Work Environment
This role offers the flexibility of a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration, though our HQ is where you will be located for most of the week. Our modern and vibrant office space is designed to inspire creativity and innovation in the heart of London.
