Senior/Lead Clinical Research Associate | Cell & Gene Therapy | Home-Based (UK)

We're currently seeking two highly experienced Clinical Research Associates to join a globally respected Pharmaceutical business via an FSP team, working at the forefront of Cell and Gene Therapy.
This is a pivotal, fully home-based opportunity for CRAs based across England to work on some of the most complex and exciting trials in medicine today—specifically focused on T-cell and CAR-T targeted therapies.

Our client is building out its UK monitoring team to support first-in-class and late-phase trials across these high-impact therapeutic areas:
* Cell and Gene Therapy
* Targeted Immunotherapies (T-Cell & CAR-T)
* Haematology-Oncology
* Rare/Orphan Diseases
You will be crucial in ensuring these vital studies are run efficiently, ethically, and in strict compliance across key UK clinical centres.
✅ What We Need From You (The Essentials)
This is a senior position requiring demonstrated expertise. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of 5 years' independent clinical monitoring experience as a CRA.
* A minimum of 3 years' direct, hands-on monitoring experience within Cell and Gene Therapy trials (e.g., CAR-T, TCR therapies, gene-modified cell products).
* Solid, current grasp of UK regulatory requirements and GCP.
* Exceptional organisational and analytical skills—you must be comfortable managing complexity
* Full UK driving licence and UK working rights without the need for sponsorship
* Bachelors degree qualified
* A naturally proactive, diligent, and solution-focused approach to your work.
Location Note
While the role is fully home-based, we are looking for coverage across England. Candidates based in the South West, London, the Midlands, or the North West regions are particularly encouraged to apply.
💼 Your Role (Senior/Lead CRA)
Based from your home office, your key duties will include:
* Taking ownership of the full monitoring lifecycle for assigned sites, from initial set-up and initiation right through to close-out.
* Cultivating strong, professional working relationships with investigators and site teams.
* Rigorous adherence to protocol, GCP, and all relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Contributing effectively to essential study documentation.
* (Lead CRA level) Providing mentorship, support, and study-level leadership within the monitoring team.
