Our client, a well-established and respected full-service law firm, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified to senior solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to develop their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
Position Overview
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients across Scotland. You will manage a diverse caseload, advising on a range of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, new builds, and title transfers. Working collaboratively with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and property professionals, you will ensure seamless and efficient transactions while building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Handle the purchase, sale, re-mortgage, and title transfer of residential properties, including new builds and acquisitions
* Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, banks, and property professionals to ensure smooth transactions
* Develop lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth by delivering excellent service
* Contribute to the team's business development efforts to support the firm's growth in the property sector
Requirements
* Scottish qualified solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE in residential property law
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
* Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Enthusiasm for contributing to business development and long-term client partnerships
* Ambition to develop your career in residential property law within a supportive team
