Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead and develop our client advisory team, driving growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing day-to-day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
* Leading, coaching, and supporting team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real-time technical and soft skills support.
* Analyzing business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to improve results.
* Supporting the team's sales activities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to new business growth.
* Collaborating with the leadership team to develop strategies, foster a positive team culture, and achieve strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account handling with small to medium UK commercial accounts.
* Strong leadership skills with previous people management or supervisory experience.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for developing colleagues' skills and success.
Preferred qualifications:
* Proven success in winning new business and expanding client relationships.
* Extensive client-facing experience with a proactive approach.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Cert CII qualification or working towards ACII is desirable but not required.
