Your Role as a Roadside Mechanic
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our service, handling a variety of breakdowns and technical issues. Your expertise will be essential in delivering the exceptional service our members expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
* Provide outstanding customer service to our members.
* Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
