Job Description
As a Keyholder/Sales Assistant at WoolOvers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager and team in the day-to-day running of the store, taking responsibility for opening and closing procedures when required. Key responsibilities include welcoming and advising customers, maintaining excellent product knowledge, processing transactions accurately, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard. As a trusted keyholder, you will also assist in supervising the team during shifts, helping to motivate colleagues and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.
