A proven track-record in managing regulated procurement exercises (inviting/selecting tenders, managing contracts) with knowledge of some contract types and forms and their application to business need) Should hold or be willing to work towards the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Level 5 (or equivalent).
