This is more than a senior sales role; it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact. Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be at the heart of a team driving forward a new generation of sustainable, inclusive and thriving communities.

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic leader, someone who thrives on challenge and innovation. You'll bring a proven track record in driving exceptional sales performance within the new homes sector, along with a deep understanding of the UK housing market. You'll lead a high-performing regional sales team, oversee major schemes, and champion a culture of ambition, creativity and accountability.

We're looking for an experienced and creative sales leader who is:

As part of our assessment process, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your leadership style through a short presentation during the interview process, followed by a written exercise. If successful, you'll be invited to a final meeting with our Chief Development Officer.
