We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to customers. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring deliveries are processed accurately and on time for our aerospace company
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule outbound deliveries with carriers and transport providers
* Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices and dispatch paperwork
* Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (ERP or similar)
* Monitor shipments and update tracking information
* Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers
* Support packing, labelling, and dispatch activities as required
* Maintain organised records of shipments and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
* Assist with general warehouse and logistics tasks when needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
* Knowledge of shipping or export documentation
* Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours - Every other Friday off
Week 1:Mon – Thu 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday – 7.30am – 4pm
Week 2: Mon – Thu 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday – off
