Location: London | Salary: £40,000 | Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 in office

A Project Coordinator role, supporting key business initiatives across client management, business development, and project delivery. This fast-paced, varied role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile projects. You’ll coordinate complex workstreams, assist with client pitches, and ensure smooth delivery of multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, documentation, and reporting
* Support business development activity, including proposals, client pitches, and events
* Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
* Provide diary, travel, and meeting support to senior executives
* Prepare high-quality materials and maintain operational efficiency
About You
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
* Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Client-facing experience within a fast-paced, professional environment
Experience in professional services, exec search or consultancy and an understanding of project management processes.
