We are a fast-growing property company building a modern brand across social media. We operate hands-on in the property industry and are now looking to document the journey properly — high-quality, consistent, professional content across all major platforms.
This is an opportunity to get in early and be part of building something from the ground up.
The Role
We're looking for someone hungry, creative and reliable to:
* Film us on-site while we're working (property viewings, site visits, meetings, behind-the-scenes)
* Edit high-quality short-form and long-form content
* Create engaging reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and longer YouTube videos
* Help shape content ideas and posting strategy
* Post consistently across social platforms
* Build a content engine that generates inbound leads
You'll have real access to how a serious property business operates day-to-day.

What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic
* Creative eye
* Basic filming/editing skills (or strong willingness to learn fast)
* Knows social media trends
* Reliable and organised
* Comfortable being around business environments
* Based in Kent / London (or able to travel)
Bonus if you:
* Already edit using CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.
* Understand YouTube growth or short-form algorithms
* Have your own camera (not essential)
