The business is known for its focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, offering long-term career opportunities within a stable and well-invested site.The RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance team in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and improving equipment performance. Working a bi-weekly shift pattern (one week of days, one week of afternoons/evenings, Monday to Friday), responsibilities include:Carrying out mechanical maintenance across all areas of the plantDiagnosing faults and responding quickly to breakdowns and emergency calloutsCompleting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesInspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsSupporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis activitiesWorking closely with production teams to ensure machinery operates efficientlyMaintaining accurate maintenance records and documentationPromoting and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental standardsThe PersonWe're keen to hear from candidates with maintenance or mechanical experience in an industrial environment, but transferable skills and the right attitude are equally important.
