This post will provide specialist oversight for clinical development across a locality. The role will form a constituent part of the tripartite between the Operational, Clinical and Education Leadership Teams.
This vacancy is for a position covering the Suffolk & North Essex locality.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing all first line issues related to the quality and effectiveness of clinical practice within the operational environment at East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST).
The post holder will be the key source of local expertise and knowledge relating to clinical practice.
Furthermore, ensuring capability and capacity of local clinical supervision. Supporting assurance of delivery of statutory/mandatory compliance, local (clinical) return to work processes, transition to practice and educational abstraction approaches.
The post demands innovative leadership qualities to develop and nurture the next generation of clinicians within a challenging climate and foster a culture of Continuous Professional Development within the current generations, plus the responsibility for ensuring alignment to the Trust vision and values through fostering a culture of compassion, learning, engagement, and tailored clinical support and expertise.
