Description Position Overview: We're looking for a Director of Casino Growth to drive the performance, growth, and profitability of our iCasino business. This strategic leadership role in the Casino Commercial function will be responsible for achieving our ambitious Revenue targets, utilising a range of Promo and Loyalty Mechanisms to drive positive behaviors across the breadth of player lifecycle stages. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the Growth strategy across key game categories and player segments, addressing “Direct to Casino” and “Sports First” across slots, table games, and live dealer. You will also need to carefully manage state level strategies that factor in the unique operating attributes of each market. Partnering closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams, the successful candidate will deliver cross functional plans to unlock sustainable, long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive overall iCasino revenue and profitability targets, ensuring consistent and predictable delivery against our goals. Develop and execute casino revenue strategies across product mix, pricing, promotions, bonusing, and customer segmentation. Work in close collaboration with CRM team to identify new Lifecycle opportunities. Develop strategies for key customer segments including new, active, high-value, and churned players. Partner with Analytics to optimize campaigns that increase player retention, reactivation, and ARPU. Deliver a 1:1 RTC (Return to Customer) strategy that balances generosity, share of wallet and profitability. Build on the success of our Free to Play product (Spin 2 Win) to further enhance the daily experience for customers of all segments. Work closely with the Product team to guide roadmap decisions that enhance revenue-driving features, such as personalization and cross-sell (from a variety of sources) Use data and performance insights to continuously optimize monetization strategies across all states and player journeys. Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. Monitor trends, competitive performance, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of the market. Mentor and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and innovation. Qualifications: 8 years of experience in casino or iGaming, with at least 3 years in a revenue ownership or commercial strategy leadership role. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a digital casino or gaming environment. Deep understanding of iCasino products, player behavior, monetization strategies, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable using data to influence strategy and drive decision-making. Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Finance. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
