Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Experience in a kitchen or culinary settings is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
