Job Description
We're supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Fareham.
* Role: Production Scheduler
* Duration: 9 months
* Pay: £22 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35)
* Location: Titchfield, Fareham (Fully onsite)
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of high-priority components through a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tracking the progress of critical parts through the manufacturing process
* Identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions to remove delays
* Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain and Engineering
* Hand-carrying units where required to expedite priority work
* Communicating timelines, risks and priorities across multiple departments
* Supporting recovery plans for customer escalations

Key Skills & Experience:
* Background in Aerospace, Defence Aviation, MRO or complex manufacturing environments
* Experience as an Expeditor, Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar
* Confident working on the shop floor and engaging with multiple teams
* Comfortable with fast turnaround expectations and shifting priorities
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple critical workstreams
