Responsibilities
* Overseeing all M&E installations on-site to ensure they are completed to the highest standard.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of works.
* Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance on site.
* Carrying out quality checks and inspections on all mechanical and electrical works.
* Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
* Reviewing and managing project drawings to ensure they are up to date and adhered to.
* Managing daily site reports, progress updates, and toolbox talks.
* Resolving any on-site issues that may arise regarding M&E installations.
