Our client, a prominent entity in the Beauty sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to join their centralised London team on a permanent basis.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging end-to-end demand planning processes\nCollaborating closely with the procurement team to align demand and supply\nAnalysing sales and inventory data to forecast demand accurately\nImplementing and launching the new ERP system, while transitioning from spreadsheet reliance\nSupporting the Head of Operations & Supply Chain to streamline processes\nContributing to the expansion in both UK and US markets, particularly with M&S, Boots, and more.\nProviding insights and recommendations on product demand trends, especially in the growing fragrance category\nParticipating in restructuring efforts within the business context\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nProven experience in demand planning, preferably within the beauty industry\nUnderstanding of procurement processes and timings\nProficiency in data analysis, particularly with sales and inventory data\nExperience with ERP systems\nAbility to work effectively in a team with no direct reports\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\nFlexibility to work 3 days/week in the London office, with some flexibility on days including Fridays\nRelevant accreditations in demand planning or supply chain management are desirable\n\nBenefits:\n\nStandard pension plan\n25 days of annual leave\nGenerous product discounts\nIf you are an experienced Demand Planner looking to contribute to a dynamic and expanding team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
