In the first instance until 31st July 24 when the posts will be reviewed and may be extended. Trinity Croft Primary School is seeking to employ a committed, self-motivated, caring and flexible individual to join our friendly and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be well supported by a strong team of leaders, teachers and teaching assistants and will help supervise and provide support and care for young people, including individualised support for pupils who have special educational and medical needs. We are seeking to employ individuals who have:- • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent experience • Experience of working recently within a primary school classroom • Commitment to achieving and promoting high standards of care, learning and behaviour • Experience of learning interventions is desirable but not essential as training will be given • Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and empathise with their needs • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence • Ability to work flexibly within a supportive and committed team • Ability to use initiative and be confident in numeracy, literacy and ICT abilities • Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities, including facilitating medical needs • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all school matters Application forms and further details can be requested by contacting the school: 01709 850570 / enquiriestc.dsat.education Applications should be returned to the school email address.
