This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our experienced consultants, supporting the recruitment process from behind the scenes while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. What will you be doing? You’ll be supporting our Recruitment Consultants by helping to manage the candidate journey from start to finish. No two days are the same, but your role will typically include: * Sourcing and speaking to candidates for a wide range of job vacancies * Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms * Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed * Keeping our CRM system up to date with accurate data * General admin tasks to keep things running smoothly You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, helping people take the next step in their careers while learning key skills in customer service, administration, marketing and more.
