Job Description
* Managing the CEO's diary, ensuring all appointments are logged and information suitably prepared for each meeting.
* Delegating and coordinating the CEO's workload.
* Preparing for meetings, including arranging, attending, and taking minutes.
* Managing travel arrangements: booking flights, travel, visas, accommodation, and providing itineraries.
* Processing expense requirements.
* Preparing correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting replies.
* Assisting the purchasing team with supplier requests and raising purchase orders.
* Typing, compiling, and preparing documents and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
