Facilities Co-Ordinator (Temporary)
Location: Aberdeen
Rate: £16.83 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary (Sickness Cover)
Start Date: 30th March 2026
End Date: 26th March 2027
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to support a busy, client-facing site within a major industrial environment.
This is a hands-on, supervisory-level role where you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services, ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of facilities management services across the site
Act as a key point of contact for client queries and operational issues
Coordinate contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures
Assist in overseeing maintenance, cleaning, and site services
Support reporting, scheduling, and general FM administration
Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience in a facilities management role
Experience working in a client-facing, supervisory capacity
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
Experience within industrial or oil & gas environments
