Overview
The successful Food and Beverage Assistant will become a part of our Front of House team. The role involves taking food and drink orders, clearing and resetting tables, serving food and beverages promptly, and assisting with stock rotation and cash handling using an EPOS system. The position requires maintaining a five-star standard of cleanliness and presentation in bar and restaurant areas, and assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.
Responsibilities
* Take food and drink orders.
* Assist with clearing and resetting tables within the restaurant.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
* Be responsible for accurate and efficient stock rotation.
* Be responsible for accurate cash handling, using EPOS system.
* Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas is maintained to a five-star standard.
* Assist with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.
Qualifications
* Right to Live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
* Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
* Similar previous experience is preferred
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Note: This is a permanent position to work part time hours (25 hours across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays).
