A requirement for Security Clearance is part of the role.
Responsibilities
* Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
* Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre‑starter check‑ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
* Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
* Support onboarding, off‑boarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
* Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.
Qualifications
* Background in a helpdesk or case management environment.
* Exposure to inflight or onboarding programmes.
* Strong data literacy for MI reporting and SLA tracking.
* Ability to operate confidently.
