Working hours of a Sales Valuer:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
3. Basic up to £29,700
4. OTE of £50,000 (Uncapped)

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have the following:
8. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
9. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
10. Be able to work effectively managing a team
11. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
12. Display high standards of service and presentation
13. Have good organisational skills
14. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
15. Have a full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
16. Assist the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on market and under offer properties Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.
17. Take responsibility for running the MA generation section of the opportunity report and achieving all follow up activities on time
18. Produce high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full service sole agency Instructions and Third-party sales
19. Produce high quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions, and web marketing
20. Provide exceptional customer service at all times to encourage commendations and recommendations.
21. Act as point of contact in manager’s absence to ensure the continuous success of the branch
22. Assist the manager with the structure and organisation of the office
