Overview
Ready to lead urgent mental health care in Hastings? We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to guide our Mental Health Liaison Team & The Haven service. You’ll be at the centre of urgent care, supporting patients in crisis and leading a skilled team delivering fast, compassionate interventions.
Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team supporting patients in urgent care pathways
* Shape service delivery, oversee referrals and manage complex cases
* Mentor, supervise and empower staff to achieve their best
* Drive improvement, manage risk and uphold clinical quality
* Collaborate with Crisis Teams, Conquest Hospital colleagues and community partners
Qualifications
* Registered professional (NMC, HCPC or Social Work England)
* Proven leadership and management experience in mental health
* Skilled in risk assessment, service development and performance monitoring
* Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
* Committed to equality, inclusion and person-centred care
