Key Responsibilities Assist fee-earners with the management of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration. Draft legal documents, letters, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of case files. Handle initial client enquiries and maintain regular communication throughout the matter. Manage and update case management systems and ensure all files are kept compliant and organised.
