A skilled, experienced, process-driven Property Management Team Leader is required to manage a team of Property Managers in the North Kent area - overseeing all local Property Management operations for a small but highly effective team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager with some people management skills, ready to step into a leadership position.
Our client, a successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency operating across North Kent and South-East London, is seeking a Property Management Team Leader to run day-to-day operations, manage processes and guide a team of Property Managers.
The role will be based in their Rainham office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking capability, and a deep understanding of all core areas of Property Management: End of Lease, Maintenance, Property Visits and Compliance.
Leading, mentoring and managing a team of at least three Property Managers
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Property Management department
End of Lease
Property Visits
Monitoring performance, KPIs and service standards across the team
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements
Assisting with department strategy and improvements as the new office grows
Strong experience in residential Property Management
Proven ability to lead, mentor or supervise a team
Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and telephone manner
Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
Competitive salary of £40,000
