Job Role:
We re hiring a Senior SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and now wants ownership, responsibility, and progression.
This is not a junior or trainee role. This is a delivery-focused SEO position where performance matters.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and improving SEO performance across client accounts, including:
SEO Strategy & Execution
* Conduct advanced keyword and intent research (transactional, informational, navigational)
* Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversion
* Support GEO & AEO-ready content (structured content, entity alignment, topical authority)
* Implement internal linking strategies that improve crawlability and authority flow
Technical & Performance SEO
* Identify and resolve SEO issues using tools such as:
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Ahrefs / SEMrush
* Screaming Frog
* Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into builds
Authority & Growth
* Support and execute ethical link-building and authority strategies
* Align off-page activity with commercial client goals
* Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Reporting & Insight
* Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends
* Translate data into clear insights and actionsProduce reports that explain what happened, why, and what s next
Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Essential
* Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong understanding of: On-page SEO, Search intent, Content optimisation
* Confident with core SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
* GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Commercial awareness (you understand why SEO matters)
