Location: Tower Hamlets - Walking distance from Mile End Station
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Your role as an Early Years Educator:
* Work with Nursery and/or Reception children to support learning and development
* Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment
* Deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
* Monitor and track progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents
* Foster independence, confidence, and curiosity in every child
Ideal Early Years Educator will have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) - essential
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
