About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for technical quantification of claims and hands‑on support to project‑based QS staff. The role transforms site data into robust financial submissions to protect the company's legal entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations
* Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims
* Provide technical guidance and support to project‑based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures
* Support monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances
* Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* At least 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or complex building projects
* Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability
* Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite

* Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm
* Location: Central Singapore
