As a Secondary Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons within your subject specialism Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment Support students’ academic progress and wellbeing Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers Your teacher training, subject expertise, and enthusiasm for education will enable you to thrive in this role. Strong communication, organisation, classroom management, and the ability to inspire young people are essential skills within a secondary school setting. About the Schools We work with a wide range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Staffordshire, including schools in Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Burton upon Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone, Leek, Uttoxeter, and surrounding areas.
