Key Responsibilities
* Chaperone patients and assist consultants during appointments, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported.
* Accurately input patients' personal information and clinical data into our systems with guidance from our consultants.
* Maintain a clean and sanitised clinical environment by following infection prevention protocols.
* Conduct regular stock checks and place orders to ensure clinic rooms are well-stocked and ready for use.
* Handle appointment cancellations, take payments, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
