About the role:
Support the Brambles Technology Services teams and their cross-functional support teams (Digital, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance) on the management of day-to-day legal issues and the implementation of the Information & Technology (I&T) operating model across Brambles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide commercial and pragmatic legal counsel across a broad range of TS matters and support the implementation of the I&T operating model.
* Advise on, draft, negotiate, and finalize transactions for TS, managing legal risk and compliance issues.
* Research emerging legal issues impacting Technology Services, utilizing external counsel as needed, to develop pragmatic business guidance.
* Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated disputes.
* Assist with training on compliance matters in collaboration with the Global Compliance team.

External: External lawyers, service providers, suppliers, contractors.
Qualifications:
* J.D. qualified to practice law
* 5+ years' post-qualification experience, preferably in both private practice and in-house
* Admission to any U.S. State Bar
* Experience in ICT law, intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory schemes.
* Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex ICT issues, including licensing, outsourcing, disputes, and cyber-security incidents.
* Familiarity with digital laws, consumer protection, and managing disputes and litigations internationally.
