This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a specialist certification role, supporting the assessment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used across the UK and Europe. Ideal for someone with technical admin, technical customer service, laboratory support, or compliance-related experience, this role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term career development.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established PPE Certification function operating internationally, working with colleagues and clients across multiple countries. The team plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict UK and EU regulatory standards, enabling manufacturers to legally apply CE and UKCA markings.
This is a role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are just as important as technical understanding.
What You'll Be Doing
Assessing PPE products against relevant standards and regulations
Reviewing technical documentation and preparing draft certification paperwork
Interpreting performance standards and regulatory requirements
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear guidance and progress updates
Working closely with internal technical and quality teams
Occasionally attending technical meetings or industry forums (UK and overseas)Who This Role Suits

Essential

Confidence using Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and overseas)Desirable
Science-based degree or technical education
Experience within PPE, testing, manufacturing, or certification
Knowledge of CE/UKCA marking or European regulations
Laboratory or technical documentation experience
