Product Support Advisor
The Company:
If you are an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is used to providing technical support on a consumable PRODUCT, then we would love to hear from you. We have a Product Support Advisor role providing telephone, text and email support to domestic customers on a broad product range. You will be given full training, but it is essential that you have a technical understanding, excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a CRM system. Any gas product related experience would be really useful, although not essential.who is looking for a job off the tools in an office based role, then this could be just the move you seek.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To resolve technical issues relating to a range ofconsumable products, speaking to and emailing retailers, end users and members of the general public.
2. Filter and monitor the accuracy of all complaint data entry.
3. To be at all times smart and courteous whilst carrying out this important task in a professional manner.
4. To carry out fault finding analysis over the phone with retailers and end users on any of product in the company portfolio and offer appropriate advice to resolve the issue.
5. To document and report on all calls and problems identified and to log onto the company CRM system.
