BBQs and fun days Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including accurate filing, paperwork management, and document creation for customer correspondence. Act as office receptionist, answering customer calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Generate and send invoices and follow up with customers regarding payments. Maintain customer records and send statements as needed. Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders when necessary. Oversee the maintenance of IS9001 and ISO14001 certifications, including liaising with the awarding bodies to ensure compliance and adherence to certification requirements. Liaise with customers and suppliers, maintaining effective communication and facilitating order processing and delivery arrangements. Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility, approachability, and the ability to work well in a small team environment. Proficient in using computer software such Microsoft Office word and excel. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Data entry skills with high accuracy. Useful Skills: Knowledge of SAGE accounting software. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Experience of using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
