Requirements:
* Citrix skill set.
* Over 3 years of experience supporting Citrix & Windows infrastructure at L1.5/L2 levels.
* Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V are desirable.
* Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies including XenDesktop (7.X/1912/2402), Licensing, Profile Management, Citrix Director, Storefront, Studio.
* Experience with Citrix ADC, ADM technologies.
* Understanding of SSL certificates and their application on Citrix products.
* Application management, publishing apps, and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with Citrix migrations.
* Ability to provide end-to-end support for Citrix issues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience performing Citrix upgrades and security fixes.
* Planning and executing production changes.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO.
* Windows and VMware skills.
* Minimum of 3-5 years supporting environments with 2000+ servers.
* Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
* Secondary skills in Windows and VMware are a plus.
* Experience managing VMware vSphere environments (7.x and above).
* Windows virtualization administration.
* Managing and monitoring HPE server hardware.
* L1/L2 troubleshooting of infrastructure issues and alert resolution.
* Proactive maintenance and incident response.
