Person Specification:
* Experience of working in an IFA office is preferred although experience of the wider financial service sector will also be considered.
* An understanding of the regulatory framework governing the financial service sector in the UK.
* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and colleagues.
* Excellent administrative and IT skills.
Duties include:
* Assist in the preparation of annual reviews for new and existing clients.
* Product and fund research.
* Production of recommendations and suitability letters.
* Completion of investment and pension forms and trades.
* Dealing with client enquiries.
* Provision of extensive administrative support.
