The Business Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for our Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems to support our sales, manufacturing, and logistics and finance processes. Main Tasks and Duties: Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support addressing incidents and service requests promptly. Troubleshoot, prioritise and resolve application issues, minimising disruptions to business operations. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Assist in user training sessions and develop user guides to enhance system proficiency. Document support activities, solutions, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with the IT department and other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or developers as needed. Support the design, development, testing & implementation of applications throughout the Keystone Group. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Required: 2nd Year student - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. What do we offer?
