Are you a detail‐loving administrator who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly?
Do you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with information, and like being part of a team that helps customers have a great experience, even if you are working behind the scenes?
If you are looking for a short‐term, full‐time role within a friendly, professional Bristol‐based business, this 3‐month fixed‐term contract could be a great fit.
The Opportunity
We are supporting a Bristol‐based, people‐focused organisation that provides professional services to customers across the UK.
They are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join them on a 3‐month full‐time fixed‐term contract, supporting their Compliance function with day‐to‐day administration. This role plays an important part in keeping internal processes running smoothly and ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team where attention to detail really matters and where your work helps create a smooth experience for customers.
Hybrid working is available.

* Chasing outstanding documents from customers in a professional, friendly way
* Organising documents and data in line with internal processes

This is a support role focused on organisation, accuracy and process rather than compliance decision‐making.

* Clear, professional communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Comfort handling confidential information appropriately
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
