Born in 2016, Love Cocoa is on a mission to drive positive change within the chocolate industry. Love Cocoa Ltd comprises two brands - Love Cocoa and H!P Chocolate - both of which are committed to creating chocolate that tastes good and does good.
Love Cocoa’s luxury chocolates are currently stocked in major department stores such as John Lewis and Liberty London, exported to over 10 countries and sold in numerous independent stores throughout the UK as well as on our DTC e-commerce site.
H!P is a fast-growing (and delicious) vegan chocolate brand with listings in Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Booths, WHSmiths, Whole Foods and Getir.
We have recently secured a multi-million pound investment and we’re ready and eager to scale both brands.

THE ROLE
H!P Sales Intern you will be managing and growing sales within our independent retailer channel and working closely with the team to secure new opportunities and other leading retailers.
Some of the key responsibilities will involve:
* Identifying new opportunities within the independent channel to list H!P
* Provide top tier customer service to all your B2B accounts
* Agree best in class point of sale with independents, that grows their business
* Sharing insight from customers to agree strategic plans moving forwards
* Happy spending time out of the office visiting existing and prospective customers
* Responsible for the administrative side of the sales team, helping with form filling and promotion planning
* Working with customers to get accurate forecasts
* Promotion planning, including Christmas, Easter etc
* Provide line manager with monthly sales reports

WHAT WE OFFER

* Hybrid office and working from home model (office Tues, Thur, Friday)
* Early finish every Friday at 4.30 pm, and currently last Friday of month WFH with a finish at 2.30 pm

* Paid team social events every 2 months if targets hit
