This role is at one of the top data and CRM agencies in London who continually produce award winning work. They are looking for a CRM Strategist / Customer Engagement Strategist ready to join an agency that really values its strategists and offers the opportunity to work with a team of inspiring people in a positive and dynamic environment.
CRM Strategist
You will help develop CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied client accounts. The role will offer variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions. Clients are across varied sectors including those in travel, financial services, gaming, retail, beauty and more.
CRM Strategist – Skills and experience
* CRM / CX / customer experience strategy experience
* Some of your experience is gained within an agency environment
* A solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys
* An understanding of marketing technology.
* The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best response
* A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement
* A strong communicator who can easily engage with clients
