TeacherActive TeacherActive is recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Support Assistant to work within a friendly primary school in Lower Clapton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for part-time, after-school hours within a supportive school environment.
The Role:
Supporting children during after school club sessions.
Leading and assisting with creative, sports, and enrichment activities.
Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Supervising snack time and structured play.
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.
Requirements:
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) – essential.
Previous experience working with children – essential.
Ability to reliably commute to Lower Clapton – essential.
A positive, energetic, and responsible attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
This role would suit candidates with childcare, youth work, teaching assistant, or coaching experience.
