Our client is seeking an experienced and highly connected
Digital Talent Manager
to oversee and grow the digital presence of their roster of high-end, well-known talent. This role requires a balance of strategic insight, creative thinking, and hands-on management. The Digital Talent Manager will be responsible for guiding talent in building their personal brands across digital platforms, identifying growth opportunities, and securing meaningful partnerships with global brands, media outlets, and platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the day-to-day manager for a roster of established, high-profile talent with significant public and digital presence
* Develop and implement individualized digital growth strategies, ensuring alignment with each talent's brand, career trajectory, and audience
* Negotiate and manage brand deals, sponsorships, and digital partnerships, ensuring premium alignment with talent profiles
* Collaborate with PR, marketing, and creative teams to amplify talent visibility through campaigns, events, and media opportunities
* Maintain and expand industry relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and media partners
Requirements:
* 3.5+ years experience in talent management
* Deep understanding of digital platforms, creator economy, and social media trends
* Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value brand partnerships
