Job Title: Lecturer in Motor Vehicle
Salary: £31,520 - £39,948

In the role of Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you'll predominantly be based at our Engineering centre and your focus will be on delivering high quality lessons to apprentices and/or full-time learners, including school leavers and mature students.
Your key responsibilities will be developing and teaching programmes of study to meet the particular needs of our learners at level 1 to 3. Whilst creating a positive classroom environment by engaging learners and managing classroom sessions positively and with consideration
Ideally, you'll have at least a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle studies (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in teaching young people, however, if you have worked in the motor vehicle industry and have experience that can be applied in the classroom this too is highly valued within our department. It's important that you're able to demonstrate good IT skills, communicate effectively, engage with young people and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
