PFI Contracts Administrator\n\nLocation: Northampton\n\nSalary: £13.95\n\nContract Type: Temporary 3 months assignment\n\nMonday to Friday\n\nHybrid Working with at least 3 days in the office\n\nAbout the Role\n\nOpus People Solutions on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council is seeking for PFI Contracts Administrator. Are you an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to join the team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within the department.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to public service and work in a dynamic environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRespond to enquiries from members of the public, councillors, schools, and other Council services via telephone, email, maintaining professionalism and tact.\n\nArrange meetings, including booking rooms or virtual platforms, coordinating delegates, and organizing refreshments and resources.\n\nNotify delegates of meeting arrangements, circulate documents within statutory and contracted timescales, and prepare materials using appropriate software.\n\nAccess relevant platforms to review contract data and provide advice to team managers and colleagues.\n\nProduce presentations and information to support governance activities, including FOI requests and interdepartmental inquiries.\n\nAnalyse data using computer systems and present information in suitable formats for diverse audiences.\n\nEnsure accurate record-keeping, manage invoices, and process payments using IT systems.\n\nAccurately transfer data stored within Citrix-based system to SharePoint.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and ensure records are stored appropriately and securely.\n\nContribute to project work within the department or across the Council.\n\nUphold health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.\n\nMaximize personal productivity, minimize errors, and manage information securely using Office 365 and internal IT systems.\n\nAbout You\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong IT skills, particularly with Office 365 and internal systems.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.\n\nKnowledge of confidentiality and data protection procedures.\n\nTeam player with a proactive attitude.\n\nThink you are suitable for this role?\n\nAPPLY NOW
